Layers:

1. Oil

2. Meat

3. Lasagne

4. Meat

5. Milk sauce

6. Lasagne

4~6

Last Layer: mixed leftover meat and milk sauce

 

Meat: tomato sauce, onion and ground beef ( could add some carrots)

Milk sauce: flous mixed milk, heat up, then add Mazzarella cheese

 

Parmingana Di Melanzane: fried eggplant as one layer :)
